Compensation

Terrapin offers a minimum of 2.5% broker compensation on the purchase of a new properties within the community for buyers represented by a licensed real estate professional with a signed Buyer’s Agency Agreement. To ensure eligibility for compensation, all brokers must register their clients prior to or during their client’s initial visit to the community.
